On Friday and Saturday, October 2–3, Research and Investigation of the Paranormal (better known as RIP) will present its annual Granbury Ghost Hunt Weekend: Ghosts, Legends and Lores.
The weekend brings together authors, speakers, paranormal investigators, local artisans, and curious souls for cemetery stories, true crime, historic legends.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2
🌙 7:30–8:45 PM — Historic Granbury Cemetery Tour & Ghost Hunt
Climb aboard the trolley for an after-dark adventure through Granbury’s historic past!
Paranormal investigator Greg Stephens of Research and Investigation of the Paranormal (RIP) and I, author and cemetery explorer Tui Snider, are teaming up to lead this special cemetery tour and paranormal investigation.
Along the way, I’ll share offbeat history, overlooked stories, mysterious legends, and intriguing symbolism found among the gravestones.
Greg will provide the ghost-hunting equipment and guide us through the paranormal-investigation portion of the evening.
How to attend? Cemetery Tour Guests meet in front of Ketzler’s, where a trolley will take us to the cemetery and return everyone to Ketzler’s after the tour and investigation.

Featured speakers include authors Mitchel Whitington, Kelli Martin, and yours truly, Tui Snider… among others who have yet to be announced!

Historic Town Square Ghost Hunt
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3
🌙 7:30 PM–Midnight — Ghost Hunt in Granbury’s Historic Town Square
On Saturday night, we venture into the heart of historic (and infamously haunted) Granbury for a round-robin paranormal investigation.
Participants will rotate through as many as five locations on and near the historic town square, spending approximately 35 minutes investigating each site.
This is a rare opportunity to explore several intriguing locations in one night while taking part in genuine paranormal investigations led by experienced investigators.
