Late December Roundup
Greetings from the Arctic Circle! Here's an update about my wintry world travels & what I'm doing on Substack
Better late than never, eh?
Hi there!
I skipped sending my second newsletter of the month on the 15th because I figured everyone was too busy with the holidays…
BUT so much has happened on my end lately, that I thought I’d better send something now rather than overwhelm y’all with stuff in January.
What’s in this issue:
Here’s what I’ve got for you in this newsletter:
World Travels: Here we go again!
What I’m doing on Substack: Tui’s Travel and Tombstones
Interview: I was on the radio - whee!
World Travels: Here we go again!
My hubby, Larry, and I are on the road again and I am blogging about our travel adventures. So far, we have:
experienced Polar Night in the Arctic Circle
visited the world’s northernmost Tiki bar
and currently, we are passengers on Norway’s coastal ferry
What am I doing on Substack?
After 10 years, I’ve started sending my newsletter through Substack. I’m new here, and still trying to figure out the best way to share my blog posts about travel and historic cemeteries.
If you’re reading this, there’s no action required on your end. But as always I welcome your comments, questions, and replies!
Interview: Paranormal NL Radio Show
Before we left on our trip, I was interviewed about historic cemetery symbols and haunted Texas history by JV Noseworthy for ParanormalNL.
After the recorded segment was aired on the radio at 107.7FM New Orleans and 105.3FM Gulf Coast, JV was able to post a video of our chat on her YouTube channel.
We covered a lot of ground during our fast-paced chat, which you can see here: ParanormalNL - Tui Snider.
See you next year
I’ll send another newsletter on January 2nd. Until then, Merry Xmas and happy New Year to you and yours!
