I wonder what the science is behind this app that makes it work. They must have studied a bunch of people or something.

Oh, yeah! There’s been a lot of research into people’s circadian rhythms, and knowing when to get light vs dark makes a huge difference.

I usually just try to get as much daylight as I can when I fly somewhere, but since we were headed up where the sun ain’t shining right now, I looked to see if there was an app to help with jet lag.
